If Belgium won 10 medals at the Paris Olympics, perhaps it will win double that number in Los Angeles? Be Gold is working on this via its website, which we have completely revamped.

Here again, co-constructing the project with our customer is essential. We organized several workshops to reconcile customer expectations in terms of communication, user experience and design ambitions.
First challenge: a design that respects the user experience, with lots of content to showcase: events, blog, information pages, partners, and above all the athletes.
The second challenge was to devise a simple system for collecting information on each athlete, so that they could all be present on the platform via a profile page. We're talking about 500 people who spend most of their time training. So we had to build the simplest possible solution. All athletes are classified according to their sport, so their photos can be used to illustrate the discipline in general. Each athlete can also post their biography and link their personal social networks to their profile page.
The third challenge was to design a diary, in calendar format, listing all the competitions and sporting events involving Be Gold athletes.
Because the lists of sports disciplines and athletes had to be imported from a third-party database. Because they had to be synchronized periodically to keep them perfectly up to date. Because, when the site was launched, athletes were invited to enrich their personal profiles with additional information (biography, photos, social networks).
Because in the event of an error when importing the data supplied by the Federation, we had provided a form enabling sportsmen and women to report the error and then correct it. Because the diary must be able to be updated dynamically, by importing data sorted by day...
... Drupal is just the perfect CMS for Be Gold.
